Hello! Here's my latest project. I am working on designing a few pieces based on quotes I remember hearing from my grandmother. This is the first. Tell me what you think! I will probably finish it in oil.

Here's a little sketch in pastel that I did on the top of Mount Bonnell. The subtle shades of the trees and the darkness of the reflection was interesting.

Here is my first post for 2013! It is a rough layout for a piece that I am working on which features a phrase taken from A Passage to India by E.M. Forster. Let me know what you think and if you have any feedback! I am borrowing from the Art Deco style, and eventually the final will be in color with additional details.
